THE FIRST AERONAUTIC CLUB

The First Aeronautic Club was set up on July 7, 2005.

The Club has:
- the status of an Airline Company;
- pilot school;
- hot-air balloon maintenance center;
- four BB-26 and BB-30 type hot air balloons;
- Club office in Tbilisi;
- Country training center in Tzerovany village.

The objectives of the Club include:
- the development of tourist ballooning in Georgia;
- promoting sports ballooning in Georgia;
- training pilots and technicians;
- participation in national and international ballooning events;
- establishing international sports contacts in aeronautics;
- facilitating Georgia's National Aeronautics Federation in organizing and holding Georgia's open Championships in ballooning as well as other sports events.
